OUR HISTORY

Atlantic & Pacific Companies is a fourth generation real estate company with its origins in New York and a modern-day footprint in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Texas, and Southern California. Since the mid-1970s, A&P has purchased, developed, leased, and managed residential and commercial properties throughout the United States.
